Unwavering Focus On God!

Those whose eyes are fixed on God will never be left stranded. Joseph's eyes were fixed on God and he wasn't left stranded-a Prisoner became a Governor. The 3 Hebrew boys' eyes were fixed on God and they came out from the furnace fire alive. Daniel's eyes were on God and he got out of the Lion's den alive. Abraham's eyes were on God and He became the father of many nations. Peter began to sink when he shifted his focus from God (Matthew 14:22-23). What has made you shift your focus from God? Economic Crunch, Health Crisis', Marital Problems, Delay? Fix your eyes on Him with faith and you will overcome the issues of life. God said to me, "When your eyes are on Me, you get into a position of envy."

I'm having the best of time in His presence right now. How wonderful it is to praise and worship His majesty. The greatest treasure remains for those who gladly choose You. I've made the right choice-You are my all in all. I live for You.

You Can Have A Change Of Story....

Nothing exposes a man’s destiny like righteousness. Righteousnes is a voice-it speaks like thunder. It cannot be hidden for it will reveal itself. Job the righteous man was revealed through his righteousness (Job 34:5). The 3 Hebrew boys were revealed by their righteousness (Daniel 3:1-30). The righteousness of Daniel revealed him to the world-the people joined to celebrate His God (Daniel 6: 1-28). Righteousness elevates the status of a man. The Bible says in Matthew 6:33 ;

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be
added unto you."

Joseph’s status changed from being a Prisoner to a Governor because of his righteousness-he refused to get intimate with Potiphar’s wife because he feared God (Gen 42:6). Your righteousness will reveal you to the world. Until you walk in righteousness, don’t expect to be lifted (Psalm 11:7).

When you thank Him for what He did yesterday, He will multiply your today's blessing. I see increase everyday because I appreciate Him deeply for what He did previously. Bishop David Oyedepo said," You are to determine your tomorrow by your positioning today."

Knowledge-The Key to Victory!

If the devil can fool you, you have lost your place in destiny. The devil suceeded in fooling Adam and Eve and they lost their inheritance in God (Gen 3: 23-24). I don't know what the devil has placed before you right now-if it is not according to God's will, don't fall for it. I was a victim of his tricks and I paid dearly for it. There is destruction and lamentation in falling for the devil's tricks. Ananias and Sapphira fell for the devil's trick by lying to the Holy Spirit and they died like dogs (Acts 5:1-11).
How can I beat the devil's tricks? By seeking knowledge.
What do you mean by knowledge? Knowledge and undestanding of God's Word. Your man-made knowledge through education cannot beat the devil in the race but it is your insight in His Word that will keep him hands down forever (Proverbs 4:7).

Secret to Deliverance

The is power in waking up at midnight to worship His majesty. The is total deliverance in it when done wholeheartedly. While in the prison, Paul and Silas prayed and praised God at midnight and they were loosed from the chains of darkness (Acts 16:25). The Psalmist said,

“ At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You, Because of Your righteous judgments…119:62


Friends, It works! I experienced my total deliverance when I woke up today at 12 midnight to worship Him. He manifested Himself and I saw victory.

Ignorance-A Silent Killer

Ignorance is a killer. It’s worst than AIDS or Cancer. Nothing destroys a destiny like ignorance. Ignorance will relegate you into a second-class citizen. No wonder God said in the book of Hosea 4:6,

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.,,,,”

Ignorance is a silent killer. It will eat you up and turn you into a nuisance before the whole world. It will cause men to turn their back on you-it will make you a mockery. Any unwanted situation you find yourself in is a result of your ignorance. It takes knowledge to get out of it. Until the prodigal son realized who he truly was, his situation was worst than that of a slave (Luke 15:11-32). You must realize that in Him lies the solution to your ignorance. Run to Him like the prodigal son and He’ll have compassion on you. It’s never too late to get back on track.

On Whose Side Are You?

Who is your God? Is the Most High your God or the works of His hands? Whatever you esteem above God is your god. Your highly paying job may be your god; your jewelery collection may be your god; your spouse may be your god. Whatever your adore and glorify above the creator of heaven and earth is your god. An older friend of mine who has marital problems told me her pitiful story. In the midst of it, she admitted that she once feared her husband more that God. I was shocked. I said to her " You are the reason behind your problems. God is a jealous God-He won't share His glory with anyone (Exodus 34:14, Deuteronomy 6:15 )." How could she had referenced her husband more than the Most High? It was very hard for me to comprehend. She's still going through her problems-she needs to God for mercy to be set free.

Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another God.
--Psalm 16:4

King Nebuchadnezzar glorified his wealth and became an animal for 7 years (Daniel 4: 28-37). The Prophets of Baal were all slaughtered by Elijah -they esteemed their powerless god more than the living God (1 Kings 18: 20-40).

In conclusion, God is too big and mighty to share His glory with the works of His hands (Gen 1:31; Job 41: 11,33 ; John 1:1-3).
